• Description:
• The subject of this procedure is the supply of net active electrical energy and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Municipality of Zlatograd, provision of a consumption forecasting service, as well as the preparation of schedules by the balancing group coordinator, their submission, correcting, if necessary, the submitted schedules, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the free electricity market of the contracting authority.
  Minimum requirements in connection with the fulfillment of the subject of the order:
  - To comply with the provisions laid down in the Law on Energy (ZE) and its regulations, as well as all the regulatory requirements laid down in the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE);
  - To include the Client's sites in a standard balancing group, without the Client paying a participation fee;
  - To perform all necessary actions so as to ensure the performance of this contract and not to be removed from the balancing energy market;
  - To carry out the supply of electricity of the required quality through the sale of the agreed amount of net electricity at the place of supply;
  - To notify the Contracting Authority immediately in case of impossibility or delay in the performance of his obligations under the concluded contract.
