• Description:
• "Delivery of net active electrical energy and selection of a coordinator of a balancing group for objects of the Municipality of Sungurlare", which includes the supply of the necessary amounts of low voltage net electrical energy, inclusion of the objects in a standard balancing group, as an indirect member is the coordinator; provision of electricity consumption forecasting, planning, ordering and balancing services; preparing and submitting hourly daily schedules and sending them to administration of the information flow from the Electricity System Operator (ECO) EAD; taking responsibility for balancing. The contractor will also be entrusted with the administration and payment of the network services to the operator the electricity distribution network, as well as all inherent activities related to the participation of the Contracting Authority in the free electricity market. During the delivery, the continuity of the electricity supply should be ensured and electric energy should be supplied with quality and order, as provided for in the Energy Act (E) and the other legal acts that govern public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the Regulations to the E, the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE).
