• Description:
• The current public order is for the supply (purchase) of electric energy on the free market. The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the purchase and sale of electricity at freely agreed prices according to Art. 100-103 of the Energy Act (E) and the Trading Rules with electric energy (PTEE), for supplying the objects of the contracting authorities.
  The purpose of this order is the selection of a contractor for the supply of net active electrical energy, who will also be the coordinator of a standard balancing group, for low voltage, with full administration of the information flow with "Electricity System Operator" EAD (ESO EAD) and assuming the costs of imbalances for the agency's sites. Delivery includes: delivery of low-voltage electricity, preparation of documents; planning and forecasting on behalf of the contracting authority; preparation and submission of hourly goods schedules on behalf of the contracting authority, with forecasting risks and imbalances remaining at the contractor's expense, and participation in a balancing group.
  In the capacity of "coordinator of a standard balancing group", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing the objects of the contracting parties, to include the procuring agents as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group with the contractor coordinator, without the procuring agents paying a participation fee, and to provide forecasting of the procuring agents' consumption, including the administration of the hourly consumption schedules of ...
