- The subject of this public procurement includes the supply of net active low-voltage electrical energy and the selection of a balancing group coordinator, for objects of the municipality of Bozhurishte located on its territory, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Trade Rules (PTEE). The purpose of the public procurement is to select a supplier of low voltage electricity and a coordinator of a balancing group, by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTEE, namely purchase of electricity and payment of all used by the contracting authority as end customer services: "access to the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "electricity transmission through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in connection with the payment of due amounts for network services for the relevant price period. The subject of the public procurement also includes: preparation of documents and registration for the initial change of supplier; planning and forecasting on behalf of the Employer; preparation and submission of hourly freight schedules on behalf of the Employer, such as the risks, related to forecasting and imbalances remain at the expense of the Contractor, and participation in the company balancing group.
