• "Supply of net active electrical energy low voltage for the needs of the "NORTHWEST STATE ENTERPRISE" DP city of Vratsa and selection of a balancing group coordinator for a period of 36 months" Supply of electrical energy low voltage, selection of coordinator of a standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and with the Electricity Transmission Network Operator (OEM) and bearing the costs of imbalances for objects provided for management of 23 territorial divisions (state forestry and state hunting farms) of "SZDP" DP, located in Vratsa, Vidin, Montana, Pleven, Lovech and Sofia regions. The electrical energy should be of a quality that meets the regulatory requirements according to the Law on energy and the Rules for trading in electrical energy. In the capacity of "balancing group coordinator", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing, include the contracting authority in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in standard balancing group, without the client paying a participation fee, and to provide forecasting of the client's consumption, including the administration of the client's consumption hourly schedules.
