• Description:
• The subject of the procedure includes the supply of electricity with an estimated amount of 5,900 MWh. Electric energy must be supplied with quality and in order, as provided for in the Energy Act (EL) and other legal acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electrical energy, incl. The Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantities of Electric Energy (PIKEE). In the capacity of "coordinator of a balancing group", the Contractor should take responsibility for balancing, include the Employer in the market of balanced energy as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Employer paying a participation fee, as well as providing forecasting of the Employer's consumption, including administration of the Employer's hourly consumption schedules.
