- COMPATIBLE TONER CARTRIDGES ORIGINAL INK FOR BROTHER DCP T-220 COMPATIBLE COLOR PRINTING TONER CARTRIDGES FOR KYOCERA ECOSYS MA3500cix The subject of the public procurement includes periodic delivery upon prior request of compatible and/or original toner cartridges and inks within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the ZOP. The types, characteristics and quantities of the products are described in detail in Appendix No. 1 - "Technical specification" to the instructions. The estimated value of the order is 57,273.80 VAT. The indicated estimate value of each of the individual positions is also marginal and maximum value. On the basis of Art. 21, para. 1 of the Civil Code and Art. 5, para. 2 of the PPZOP, the contracting authority provides an option to increase supplies up to 20% more than the estimated quantities of one or more nomenclature and/or sub-nomenclature lines described in the Technical Specification - Appendix 1, but only within the maximum value of the contract, the total value of the option being up to 11,454.76 euros. exclusive of VAT corresponding to such quantity of all, part of them or on one nomenclature/sub-nomenclature line, according to the unit price proposed by the participant for the relevant product or consumable. The estimated value of the order with included option is EUR 68,728.56 without VAT. In the contract, the contractor also states the total value of the order with the 20% option.
