• The object of the public procurement is "delivery of goods carried out by purchase" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and has as its subject the conclusion of framework agreements with potential contractors for the supply and purchase of power cables with aluminum cores for underground installation with copper screen medium voltage (SrH), according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority. As a result of this procedure, the contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months with up to 7 (seven) potential contractors, ranked from first to seventh place (inclusive), provided that there is a sufficient number of offers that meet the pre-announced conditions of the contracting authority.
