- "Supply of software products and licenses for them and technical and product support of Oracle licenses for the needs of the Financial Supervision Commission" in two separate items as follows:
separate item No. 1 - "Supply of software products and licenses for them to provide the work of Edinna information system of the Financial Supervision Commission" with an estimated value of BGN 2,051,497.50 excluding VAT; and separate item No. 2 - "Technical and product support of Oracle licenses" with an estimated value of BGN 25,449.71 excluding VAT.
Note: On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, the Contracting Authority will assign performancethen under separate position No. 2 in the order valid for its individual estimated value - by direct assignment within the meaning of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA.
In view of the above, participants should submit bids only for specific position No. 1.
