- The subject of the public procurement for each of the specific positions includes a pre-investment study /PIP/, development of an investment project in the "Technical design" phase and exercise of author supervision.
At the time of the announcement of this order, funding has not been secured for any of thethe specific positions, in view of which and on the basis of Art. 114 of the ZOP, the "Agreement" for implementation under the relevant separate item enters into force after confirmation by the CONTRACTOR of secured funding. When, after the expiration of a three-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing is not provided, each of thethe contractor may request its termination without notice.
When, after the expiration of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, no financing has been secured under the relevant separate item, the contract is considered terminated.

In fulfillment of the assignment under this public procurement, the Contractor should carry out the following activities:
Activity No. 1 - Pre-investment study /PIP/, aimed at a qualitative analysis of the current state of the water supply systems and facilities and the future needs for theits efficient and sustainable functioning and development;
Activity No. 2 - Preparation of an investment project in the "technical design" phase based on the conclusions and the necessary measures identified in the PIP
Activity No. 2 - Carrying out author supervision during the implementation of the CMR of the construction
