- The subject of this public procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the preparation of a survey in accordance with Art. 176c of the ZUT to establish the technical characteristics related to the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 and para. 3 of ZUT, and architectural photography; drawing up a technical passport in cocompliance with the requirements set out in chapter three of Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of constructions, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works and preparation of an energy efficiency survey, accompanied by a valid certificate of energy characteristics of the buildingput into operation, prepared in accordance with Article 48 of the ZEE and prescription of energy-saving measures in accordance with the normative requirements for energy efficiency.
