- Technical and informational maintenance of the computer equipment in OPU-Ruse and the Danube Bridge checkpoint Brief description of the main activities: A) Subscription maintenance and maintenance of equipment: 1. Initial diagnostics of the technique to establish the its compliance with operating conditions and requirements. 2. Monthly hardware and software prevention, cleaning, testing and diagnostics of the devices according to the manufacturer's instructions. 3. Full technical service and cleaning of the equipment, device serviceability recovery, which includes: - diagnostics of computer systems and peripherals, replacement, addition and/or upgrade of a computer component and recovery of data from a hard disk; - local network support, switches and others /without input materials/; - remote assistance and consultations through remote access whenever necessary. 4. Software services - installation of programs, applications and other software of the Employer, recovery of information, installation of peripherals devices, access rights management. B) Repair of equipment /without inserted spare parts/: 1. Repair of computer systems, monitors, laptops, printers, copiers, multifunction devices (MFP), scanners, tablets, etc. devices. 2. Visit on site, in order to repair any damage that has occurred. 3. Delivery and installation of spare parts for the equipment. 4. Provision of circulating equipment, with no worse characteristics than the damaged one for the duration of the repair...
