- Description:
- The object of this public procurement is a service within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP. The public procurement is enforceable under the conditions described in the documentation for participation in the procedure. A full description of the subject of the procurement is contained in the Technical Specification /Appendix No. 1/. Place of executionof the service: at the location of the damaged machine, through the provided mobile team of the contractor, as well as, if necessary, at the specialized service center(s) specified by the applicant. The execution of the order is carried out after a written request from the contracting party in the event of a specific need under conditions,manner and order, according to the Technical Specification and the technical proposal for execution of the contractor and according to the terms of the contract project.
