The scope of the public procurement is the provision of technical support of the Register of Public Procurements (PRP), opened before the mandatory use of the Centralized Automated Information System "Electronic Public Procurements" (CAIS EOP), and the related specialized software of the Agency on public procurement (AOP). The main activities included in the technical support service are: 1. Support of ROP and related specialized software; 2. If necessary - updating the ROP and related specialized software. Updates on software may be imposed in the event of changes in Bulgarian and European legislation in the field of public procurement, as well as in view of the development of e-government in Bulgaria. Out of the scope of updates are all activities that fall within the scope of art. 58a of the Law on Electronic Government. The performance requirements are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1.
