"Technical support under the project "Measures to improve the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Plovdiv, by reducing emissions of FPC10 from domestic heating - phase 2", financed under procedure No. BG16FFPR002-5.001 "For cleaner air" under priority 5 " Air" of the "Environment" Program 2021 - 2027 y."
The purpose of the order is to select a contractor who will assist the Employer in the implementation of the project by collecting the necessary indicative number of complete applications for a short period, while ensuring publicity and transparency in the process of collecting applications, ranking those submittedapplications, their notification and organizing the signing of contracts between the Employer - beneficiary and the citizens - final recipients of the aid, for the replacement of solid fuel heating devices with ecological alternatives.
The services subject to the order are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Nodethe resident, representing an integral part of the Documentation. The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the Employer and the Contractor, are in accordance with the Draft Contract, the Technical Specifications of the Employer, the Technical and Price Proposals of the Contractoritela.
