Description: To achieve the project objectives, the selected contractor must develop 40 new electronic services with a total of 50 varieties in respect of additional protection certificates (SPC) and new varieties of plants and animals to integrate into the existing information and technology infrastructure of the Office, and to carry out technological modernization and functional upgrade of existing electronic services related to geographical indications, patents, useful models and European patents according to the requirements detailed in section 8.1.2.
