The subject of the public procurement covers the award, respectively, the performance of the Service by temporary Storage of waste with code 20 03 01 mixed municipal waste and code 20 02 01 biodegradable waste, in accordance with the classification under Ordinance No. 2/2014 on the classification of waste formed on the territory of Shumen Municipality.
The service includes:
1) Provision by the contractor to the landing site and the temporary storage of about 26,000 (twenty -six thousand) tonnes per year mixed unnatural waste generated from the territory of Shumen and about 1,000 (thousand) tonnes of green waste from the maintenance of public areas, parks and gardens.
2) Provide access to specialized vehicles of the companies carrying out the garbage collection and waste from the territory of Shumen Municipality;
3) Provision of access to the company that exerts overload and transportation of waste to a waste treatment installation.
4) Keeping accountability for the quantities of waste by codes, received for storage and the quantities of exported treatment through an automated measurement system in which the following information is entered:
A/ vehicles (company name delivering the waste, car registration number, platform data (gross, net, tara), time of Arrival, exit time with data from the platform scales of an exit-empty car).
B/ the daily quantities of incoming waste coming for temporary storage and overload.
