- The subject of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.The public procurement includes carrying out activities for the transportation of separately collected hazardous waste of the Military Medical Academy and its subordinate structures in the country, by types and quantities, according to the conditions of the technical specification (Annex No. 1 and No. 1.1), an integral part of the documentation.The services are divided into 6 (six) lots (and only a lot of No. 1 will be entrusted through this procedure).
The total estimated quantity for the term of the contract in Lot 1 is 727 254 kg.The contracting authority and the legal and by -laws governing activities.
