- According to Art. 44, para. 3 of the Law on Radio and Television, the Bulgarian National Television ensures the broadcasting of its national programs by means of a satellite/satellites covering the territories of Europe and other continents where there are citizens of Bulgarian origin according to Agency datafor Bulgarians abroad and through their own research.
Bulgarian National Television does not have its own terrestrial satellite station, which necessitates the need for transmission and satellite distribution services of the BNT 4 television program. The scope of the order is transmission and distributionie for the territory of Europe and other continents. BNT provides the signal of the TV program "BNT 4" for transmission and distribution in digital format SMPTE259M/ SD SDI or SMPTE292M/ HD SDI, Video aspect ratio: 4:3 /16:9, stereophonic sound accompaniment from the broadcast point - the BNT building - Sofiya, st. "San Stefano" No. 29.
