- The subject of this public procurement includes periodically recurring activities of Transport and treatment of hospital waste with code 180101, 180102, 180103*, 180106*, 180108* and 180109 according to Ordinance No. 2 on the classification of waste generated by the activity of "N.I. Pirogov University Multispecialty Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine" JSC for a period of 36 months. The estimated value of the public procurement is in the amount of 2,476,000.00 in words: /two million four hundred seventy-six thousand BGN/ BGN. without VAT or 1,265,958.70 in words: /one million two hundred and sixty-five thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight euros and seventy cents/ euros without VAT. Validity period of the offer - The validity period of the offer is 6 (six) calendar months, starting from the date which is specified for the date of receipt of the offer. Criterion for awarding the contract The evaluation and ranking of the offers of the participants is carried out according to the "lowest price" criterion. The evaluation and ranking of the received offers will be done in accordance with the requirements of art. Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 of the Civil Code. First place is awarded to the participant who offered the lowest total price for the execution of the public procurement without VAT. The performance guarantee is in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the value of the contract, excluding VAT and is released according to the draft contract.
