Description:
The subject of the public procurement is: "Transport of hemodialysis patients from their home to the First Internal Clinic with the activity of hemodialysis to" UMBAL Prof. Dr. St. Kirkovich "AD and vice versa, for a period of 12 months."
The place of execution of the public procurement is: First Internal Clinic with activity hemodialysis UMBAL Prof. Dr. Kirkovich AD with address Stara Zagora, 2 Gen. Stoletov Str.
The patients in need of transport are described in the technical specification - Annex No 1 of the contracting authority to the documentation, representing a list of the initials of the patients, the addresses of their place of residence, information whether they are of a stroller, stretcher and/ or with a companion, as well as their schedule for shifts and days of the week in which it is necessary to transport them to the hospital and back. Each daily schedule will present to the contracting authority who must approve it for implementation, after which the schedule is provided to the contractor. The list contains: the names of patients, addresses, phones and days and hours for performing the dialysis during the month.
As of the date of announcement of the procedure, the number of Patients at the First Internal Clinic with hemodialysis activity using the hospital's transport is about 21. Patients are carried out daily (including on weekends and holidays), except for Thursday and Sunday.
