- 1. The subject of the public order is: "Transport of the medical staff of "MBAL Pazardzhik" AD - 2025-2027". The transport service provides transportation of the medical staff of MBAL Pazardjik AD to the place of work and back. The service is provided only for medical personnel who are available and it is necessary to transport him from his home to the hospital and back - within the city of Pazardzhik and the district (surrounding villages).
2. The place of performance of the public procurement: "MBAL Pazardzhik AD", with address Pazardzhik, 15 "Bolnicna" St.
3. The service will be performed daily and around the clock, inclusive during holidays and weekends depending on the needs of the Employer.
4. The client will pay the cost of the courses taken.
The payment will be for one course (one time gathering of the team)
monthly. Rates are estimated for the period of performance and do not give rise to obligations for the contracting authority to fulfill them in full. If necessary, the requested rates can be exceeded, but they are in fulfillment of the subject of the contract.
The Contractor shall provide access to the Employer for control regarding the quality of the performed transport, such as monthly the contractor gives a detailed report (including addresses and names) about the number of courses taken. 1.
