  The maximum estimated value of the order is up to BGN 49,500.00 (forty-nine thousand and five hundred BGN and zero cents) excluding VAT, resp. BGN 59,400.00 (fifty-nine thousand four hundred BGN and zero cents) incl. VAT.
  The deadline for the execution of the public procurement is the one proposed by the participant, but it should be no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority.
  The place of execution of the order: The relevant structure indicated by the Contracting Authority, located in the UMBALSM "NI.I.PIROGOV" EAD: Sofia, "Totleben" Blvd. No. 21.
  Criterion for awarding the contract: The public contract is awarded on the basis of the "most economically advantageous offer". The most economically advantageous offer is determined on the basis of the "lowest price" award criterion.
  Bid validity period: The bid validity period is 6 months from the deadline for receipt of bids in the procedure.
  Option to present options in offers: Not foreseen possibility to provide variants in offers.
  The contractor guarantees the fulfillment of his obligations with a performance guarantee in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the value of the contract excluding VAT. The contract performance guarantee is a term guarantee and a quality guarantee performance of the contract.
