• Description:
• The total estimated value of the public procurement is 1,055,990.55 euros (one million fifty-five thousand euros and fifty-five cents) excluding VAT. In the case of an offer by a participant at a higher value than the estimated value, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure. Deadline for order fulfillment: The delivery period for the upgrade equipment: up to 6 (six) months. The term begins to run from the conclusion of the contract. Validity period of offers: 6 (six) months, counted from the deadline for receipt of the offers. Possibility to present variants in the offers: Variability of the offers is not allowed. Terms and method of financing and payment: Funding with own funds. Payments of the amounts due will be made by bank transfer, in euros by bank transfer account indicated by the Contractor, within a period of up to calendar days, will be carried out according to one of the following schemes: Scheme 1: The contracting authority pays in advance 30% [thirty percent] of the contract price within 30 (thirty) days of signing the contract, presentation of an original invoice from the Contractor and a guarantee securing the advance payment. - Final payment in the amount of 70% [seventy percent] within 30 (thirty) days of acceptance of the execution of the contract without comments, according to the terms of the contract.
