Description:
The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 2,065,338.00 (two million sixty-five thousand three hundred and thirty-eight BGN and zero cents) excluding VAT.
In the event that a participant bids a higher value than the estimate, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.
Deadline for execution of the order: Delivery time for the upgrade equipment: up to 6 (six) months. The term begins to run from the conclusion of the contract.
Possibility to present variants in the offers: Variability of the offers is not allowed.
Terms and method of financing and payment:
Equity financing means.
Payments of the amounts due will be made by bank transfer, in Bulgarian leva to a bank account specified by the Contractor, within a period of up to calendar days, will be made according to one of the following schemes:
Scheme 1: The contracting authority pays in advance 30 % [thirty percent] of the contract price within 30 (thirty) days from the signing of the contract, presentation of an original invoice by the Contractor and a guarantee securing the advance payment.
- Final payment in the amount of 70% [seventy percent] within 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of performance under the contract without comments, according to the terms of the contract.
Scheme 2: The contracting authority shall pay 100% of the contract price within 60 (sixty) days of acceptance of the execution of the contract without objections, according to the terms of the contract.
