The subject of this order covers:
- Upgrading the functionalities and scope of the processed data of the information system "National center for electronic document circulation of maritime transport", to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019 to create a single European environment for maritime information services (EMSWe) and to repeal Directive 2010/65/EU and improve the functionality of the system based on the experience gained in the operation process;
- Making the necessary changes to the available platforms for data exchange with the National Center for Electronic Document Flow of Maritime Transport;
- Construction of new data exchange platforms in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019 to create a single European environment for maritime information services (EMSWe) and to repeal Directive 2010/65/EU.
The subject of the public procurement includes the performance of the following activities:
- Analysis of the existing situation, analysis of new requirements and preparation of a system project;
- Building an environment and implementing specialized software;
- Testing the upgraded system in a test environment;
- Training of system administrators;
- Commissioning of the upgraded system;
- Transfer of intellectual property rights to software products;
- Software warranty support products.
