The subject of this order covers: - Upgrade of the functionalities and scope of the processed data of the information system "National Center for Electronic Document Flow of Maritime Transport", to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20 2019 year to create a single European environment for maritime information services (EMSWe) and to repeal Directive 2010/65/EU and improve the functionality of the system based on the accumulated experience in the operation process; - Execution of the necessary changes in the available platforms for data exchange with the National Center for Electronic Document Flow of Maritime Transport; - Construction of new data exchange platforms according to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019 to create a single European environment for maritime information services (EMSWe) and to repeal Directive 2010/65/EU. The subject of the public procurement includes the implementation of the following activities: - Analysis of existing situation, analysis of new requirements and preparation of a system project; - Building an environment and implementing specialized software; - Testing the upgraded system in a test environment; - Training of system administrators; - Commissioning of the upgraded system; - Transfer of intellectual property rights to software products; - Warranty support of the software products.
