The implementation requirements are detailed in The technical specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 "Upgrading of the IS of TRRYULNC, in relation to European legislation and transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/2121 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 27, 2019 to amend the Directive (EU) 2017/1132 in relation to cross-border conversions, mergers and divisions (BRIS 4) and an amendment to the TOR in relation to the quick liquidation proceedings, for the needs of the Registration Agency (AB)" The subject of the public procurement are services for the upgrade of the information system (IS) of the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities (NPR), in relation to European legislation and the transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/2121 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 27, 2019. for the amendment of Directive (EU) 2017/1132 in relation to cross-border conversions, mergers and divisions (BRIS 4) and amendment in the TOR in relation to the quick liquidation proceedings, for the needs of the Registration Agency (AB).
