• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes washing, disinfection, removal of permanently fixed stains, ironing, sorting by clinics and departments and packaging of hospital linen, operating linen and clothing and work clothing in polythene bags in a manner, preserving the hygienic qualities, without risks of damage, transportation to the medical facility. The object of this public procurement is "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code. The scope of activities and the main parameters are detailed in Annex No. 1 - Technical specification and in the participation documentation. The current public procurement is a "reserved public procurement", according to Art. 12, para. 1, item I of the LLP, the subject of which is included in the List of goods and services, in accordance with the General terminological dictionary, which are intended for the assignment of specialized enterprises or cooperatives to people with disabilities, or to economic entities whose main objective is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in unequal status, confirmed by Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 591 of 18.07.2016.
