• Winter maintenance and snow removal of the street network in populated areas of Troyan municipality by specific positions:

  The subject of this public procurement concerns winter maintenance and snow removal of the street network in the populated areas of Troyan municipality. According to Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of 12.11.2012 on maintenance and ongoing repair of roads - level of winter maintenance "D", corresponding to the object of the present procedure, the requirement for the operational condition of the road for snow removal, the permissible thickness of the snow cover during snowfall should not be more than 10 cm. The maximum period for carrying out measures to combat winter slipperiness on the roads is 8 hours.
