- The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of patency under winter conditions of the municipal road network and the street network on the territory of Radnevo Municipality and the town of Radnevo, for the movement of the bus, freight and light road transport.
The activities subject to the order are divided into separate Item according to the type of winter maintenance sections as follows:
Lot 1: "Winter maintenance of the municipal road network on the territory of Radnevo Municipality";
Lot 2: "Winter maintenance of the street network of Radnevo".
Within the administrative boundaries of Radnevo Municipality 22 settlements are included, of which one city - Radnevo as an administrative center and 21 villages.
The total length of the municipal road network to winter maintenance is 81,300 km.
The winter maintenance of the municipal road network on the territory of Radnevo Municipality involves cleaning from snow, processing ѝ by spreading appropriate mixtures and providing on duty during the winter season for the period 15.11.2025 - 15.03.2026.
The winter maintenance of the street network of Radnevo is expressed in mechanized cleaning of the streets of snow and providing on duty during the winter season for the period 15.11.2025 G. - 15.03.2026.
Winter road maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of November 12, 2012 for maintenance and ongoing road repair.
