Description:
The object of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.
The subject of the public procurement is "zoning of the water supply network of the city of Pleven by flow and pressure by preparing a hydraulic model".
In accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the PPA the required characteristics The subject of the public procurement is detailed in the technical specification attached to this documentation.
The purpose of the order is to improve the water supply infrastructure of the city of Pleven by creating a plan for zoning of the water supply network by water quantity and pressure. The expected effect of the implementation of these measures is to reduce the losses of water and the cyclicality of the new accidents, and as a result, the quality of the service provided by the Water Supply and Sewerage service to the end users.
The following activities are included in the scope of execution:
Activity # 1 - Analysis of existing water supply data;
Activity No. 2 - verification of the existing data on the water supply network of the terrain;
Activity № 3 - construction of a hydraulic model;
Activity No. 4 - implementation of a temporary measuring campaign;
Activity No. 5 - calibration of a hydraulic model;
Activity No. 6 - Design of water measures and pressure control zones.
